Work or product preparation begins only after payment is received in full.
All prices include VAT if applicable.

 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Products can only be returned if defective within 3 days of receipt, with proof (photo or video).
Refunds are not available after the item has been shipped.

Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and shipped within [3–5 business days] after payment.
Delivery time depends on the courier and location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
