سياسة الدفع | Payment Policy

• يتم الدفع كاملًا عند تأكيد الطلب.
• لا يبدأ تنفيذ أي عمل أو تجهيز أي منتج إلا بعد استلام المبلغ بالكامل.
• جميع الأسعار تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة إن وُجدت.
• Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
• Work or product preparation begins only after payment is received in full.
  
• All prices include VAT if applicable.

 

سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء | Refund & Cancellation Policy

• المنتجات الرقمية (مثل الملفات، الفرش، القوالب) غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الإلغاء بعد الإرسال.
• المنتجات الفعلية يمكن استرجاعها فقط في حال وجود عيب في التصنيع خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام، مع توفير دليل (صورة أو فيديو).
• لا يمكن استرجاع المبلغ بعد شحن الطلب.
• Digital products (files, brushes, templates) are non-refundable once delivered.
  
• Physical products can only be returned if defective within 3 days of receipt, with proof (photo or video).
  
• Refunds are not available after the item has been shipped.

 

سياسة الشحن | Shipping Policy

• يتم تجهيز وشحن الطلب خلال [3–5 أيام عمل] بعد الدفع.
• يعتمد وقت التوصيل على شركة الشحن والموقع الجغرافي.
• لا نتحمل التأخير الناتج عن شركات التوصيل.
• Orders are prepared and shipped within [3–5 business days] after payment.
  
• Delivery time depends on the courier and location.
  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.

 

حقوق الاستخدام | Usage Rights

• جميع التصاميم والملفات مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي أو التجاري المحدود ولا يجوز إعادة بيعها أو توزيعها دون إذن كتابي.
• تبقى حقوق الملكية الفكرية محفوظة لـ Nuqta DSN.
• All designs and files are for personal or limited commercial use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
  
• Intellectual property rights remain with Nuqta DSN.

 

سياسة التواصل | Communication Policy

• يتم الرد على الرسائل والاستفسارات خلال 24 ساعة عمل.
• ساعات العمل الرسمية: من 10 ص إلى 6 م (بتوقيت الإمارات).
• Inquiries are answered within 24 business hours.
  
• Working hours: 10 AM – 6 PM (UAE Time).
